Building Character Through Step Team: Grades 1-6
Through six 1-hour clinics, The T.E.A.M. Character Step-Team program helps youth learn the fundamentals of
Step – such as synchronous movement, creativity, precision, vocal clarity/diction, and showmanship – while
increasing their Self-Esteem, Character, and Social Emotional Learning skills. Our enthusiastic Character
Coaches teach the latest Step moves – creating fun routines that are great fitness workouts.
Coach Joy Jackson has taught step-teams for over 10 years at both the Elementary and Middle School level.
